This privacy notice describes how Stuart Howe (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website or shared with me in the course of a professional engagement or enquiry.
Personal data is stored in industry-standard tools (email, document storage, accounting software). Access is limited to me, and to professional advisers (e.g. accountant) where strictly necessary. I do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless we begin an engagement. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations, then deleted.
You can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data I no longer need, or restriction on how I use it. To make a request, email stuart.howe@gmail.com.
